Ronin 4D : a whole new filmmaking animal

DJI, the world’s champion on stabilizing systems, took its chips, cameras, and stabilizers combined them all together, and developed the DJI Ronin 4D.

We could count on DJI not to launch a simple camera. The Ronin 4D therefore benefits from all of the manufacturer's expertise in the field of aerial video recording and image stabilization. The system therefore consists of a 4-axis stabilization system and a full-frame camera, all accompanied by a video transmission device and focusing by Lidar.

We particularly love the versatility of set up. Whether we shoot as a cinema team, as a team of 2 for remote focusing or solo, it is possible to decouple the camera from the monitor (a 7-inch screen with a brightness of 1,500 nits) thanks to the wireless transmission which works up to 6 km.

Although most prime optics will unfortunately be too heavy or too wide for this little chicken head, it is possible to shoot with vintage optics, such as the Canon FD.
